Used only for engaging ships outside of the Lunar Defense : Perimiter at safe distances from the MAC's. You would have a group of : about 4 of them and each would launch 12 Shiva class Nukes and 2 heavier : Nukes. After that they dont have any more weapons onboard and have to run : away. Don't cheap out at all. I have an idea about the Super MACs surrounding Earth... but we don't know if they're online yet. They were supposed to go online before the invasion...
