Quite. This is another reason why you'd need more radial velocity than the bare minimum. I should dig out the calculations where I figured out how to fire a shell from a given point A to a given point B on the Halo; maybe tomorrow.

Point of clarification: The Halo is *in* an orbit (a halo orbit, no less) around the Lagrange point. The ring itself doesn't surround the point. It circles, rather than *en*circling

Yeah, we discuss something like this every month or so, then completely forget what it was we worked out. :)
