In short: a description of how self-described "rational" people are often really just "anti-spiritual", and self-described "spiritual" people are often really just "anti-rational". True rationality and spirituality and not only compatible, they are the same thing. To be one you must be the other.
The rest of the site ( http://www.reciprocality.org/Reciprocality/index.html ) describes a lot of the reasons why that may be so - a widespread biochemical "addiction" to monotony, and the backwards us vs them exclusionary logic created to justify that type of mentality. There is no them. We are all us. Everybody is right, both in terms of reality and morality - and not just in a relativist sort of way. Everybody's beliefs are grounded in truth, though often obfuscated with falsehoods, and those pieces of truth, by virtual of being true, must all be compatible with each other. Everybody's intentions are basically good - nobody wakes up and says "I'm going to do those things that I think are evil and shouldn't be done" - and so long as they do no evil while trying to accomplish those good intentions, then all those good intentions are also compatible with each other.
Everybody is right. But everybody is only PARTIALLY right, and nobody is COMPLETELY right.
