I would call a scientist who accepts evolution a "scientist." There's no belief involved. It's rather acceptance based on the evidence. Actually, science is not a democracy. A theory need not be universally accepted to be correct. However mountains of interconnected evidence from widely dispersed fields such as physics, astronomy, geology, biology, paleoanthropology, and archaeology and over 100 years of peer review substantiate the fact of evolution (populations changing through time) and the mechanisms that cause evolution (mutation, natural selection, genetic drift, gene flow, etc.). I would worry more about Einstein's theory of gravity, because it certainly does not comfortably fit with quantum theory. Evolution, on the other hand, is consistent with scientific data and theories from many other disciplines with no major inconsistencies. I hope this helps.
