It needs to change because its been that way for a decade : Holistically I dont mind the crazy ideas behind a new armor set, I just have : a few issues with the design from the hip to neck : If MC was born this way we would never know the difference, but its simply : because we have been staring at him for over a decade in his current form. : There are certainly greater issues Halo 4 could have than the MK VII armor : Think about what Chief looked like in the CEA trailer at first, that : certainly didnt last : hell there are 3 different CEA chiefs, the trailer, the box art and the game : Id like to see a bit more consistency but you cant deny that they atleast in : some parts are taking feedback and the designs are evolving with time In Dead Space universe, it is explained that the one worn by Isaac in Dead Space 1 is the Engineering RIG whereas the one worn in Dead Space 2 is an Advanced Suit; two different armour series with different focus and functionalities. It is unlike the MJOLNIR system which is of one series. However, we do get to see how Engineering RIGs improve from one mark to another in Dead Space 1, which is like the MJOLNIR armor.
