If I'm understanding : what you're saying correctly, you mean that you've been ousted in a Pistol : vs. DMR fight because they were using a Pistol, right? I'm pretty sure : that the DMR was designed to be medium to long ranged by design. So it : doesn't turn into the BR of Reach. You know, one weapon that covers any : range. I meant that I use the pistol over the DMR at any range. The pistol pretty much has the same long range accuracy as the DMR does but has a much faster fire rate. Slow shots for far, fast shots for up close. Whereas DMR is slow shots for far, slow shots for close. The DMR is a worthless weapon to me...notice I said "to me." And in firefights, I use the Reach pistol and my opponent is left standing whereas in previous Halo games they would have died. The Reach reticule bloom might just simply show what the accuracy of the weapon has always been in previous halo games...but I think the Reach weapons are still more squirrely. I'm not saying im some super MLG headshot honcho, but I don't suck and I can tell when Im aiming at someones head.
