I'm amazed that folks now consider MS to be some second-rate publisher when compared to Activision.

You're making it sound like Bungie didn't see all this stuff and worked out a contract that would PREVENT this very thing from happening.

I don't know what's in the contract, nor do you. And I'm sure Bungie isn't going to reveal it, but I'd have to say Bungie would be INCREDIBLY stupid to not take everything into account. Again, considering how they worked out their deal with MS - it is now PATENTLY OBVIOUS that Bungie is *not* stupid.

We as players also have a say in this. If we're not happy w/ Activision's moves w/ Bungie in the future. CLOSE YOUR WALLETS. $$ speaks louder than anything else.
