In Response To: Why change the grenades? (Avateur) : I mean, it's seriously not a big deal, but I still feel like questioning it. : Why make it easier for people to survive? Is this catering to people who : just plain flat out suck, catering to people who can't always play with a : bunch of sound because of other people trying to sleep, or both? I like : catering to people who are being considerate, but I have a nasty feeling : that they were hardly the real reason behind the added light and sound. : Again, it's not really a big deal and probably won't make much of a : difference (unless they've added time to how long it takes for the thing : to explode), but it seems like a pointless addition and something where : resources could probably have been used elsewhere. I really want to see how the effect works before commenting on it, but I dont like the fact that throwing nades is going to now be a big indicator towards your position. I dont see this making nades usless unless the nades have long timers, but throwing a nade across the map now will be dangerous as everyone will see where it came from. What really interested me in that update was the Valhalla esque waterfall, I really thaught they where comparing the Valhalla waterfall to Reach's powerhouse water effects at first as it looked so similar...
