I don't know. I like it. The problem with frags is I never actually see where they were, so it's like "what killed me?" The tracer gives them a visual ID like the plasma nades, and the warning "tink" is equivalent to the plasma "beep" right before it goes off. Also, please remember that there are deaf people that play Halo. Hopefully if there is some sort of weapon that locks on, they have the screen flash somewhere - this was actually brought up by a deaf gamer on Bungie.net who was frustrated that he couldn't tell when he was locked on.
