In Response To: Re: Aren't there simple solutions... (FoolsRun) : This could be an issue with the # of available players. One of the reasons : Bungie continually tweaks or removes playlists is to ensure the pool of : players for each list is large enough for matchmaking to work efficiently. : Doubling the # of playlists would shrink the # of players for each pool : (although locking out existing XBox players won't help either). Well excluding Xbox Halo 2 players would shrink the size as well. Wouldn't it be better to leave the Xbox people by themselves, with a smaller matchmaking pool, rather than exclude them completely? Mind you, I think anything less than full Xbox 360 and Xbox support for the maps is wrong, but often the lesser of two evils must be chosen. -SR
