(Ciarán) If i had to pay extra to play game i already own i would just say, 'screw it!' and keep my old xbox next to the tv instead of having to pay. If code for emulation is not already on the harddrive/ system cache whatever, when i buy a 360 it' not going to be worth saying it's downloadable over XBL cus i don't have it. less than 1/10 people who own and xbox have xbox live. that'd be a lot of people that are without backwards compatibility and a big dissapointment for me.
