pre-compiled binaries on the HD - no game data? | |

As I detailed on my blog at http://www.tru7hseeker.com/2005/05/xbox-360-will-be-backwards-compatible.html, I think that the XBox 360 will do backwards compatibility by having a cache of pre-compiled binaries of the top games on the hard disk. You would still need the game data files from the original disk, but other than that, it would work out of the box. Ciarán.
