It's my understanding that first Mark decided to make the original PB and recharger always active. Then you suggested another site (maybe the hydroponics bay) for what I assumed was another recharger in addition to the original one (that's what your post seemed to imply). That's why I responded to your suggestion and asked for clarification because I wanted to make sure you meant in addition to the original one. After indicating that the level had an infinite supply of 1x canisters, I suggested locating the second recharger (if we really do mean to have a second one) in the same room as the 1x canisters, and eliminating the canisters from the level. Mark agreed that was a good idea.

Since there seems to be some confusion as to what we have agreed on, perhaps from now on we should have Mark summarize all the changes that we have decided on for a given level, and then post those before moving on to the next level?
