I'm doubtful. If we assume that there is a new Xbox coming next year that'll mean releasing a next-generation title barely a year after the hardware hit shelves. There was a 3-year gap between Halo 2 and 3 across generations, and the Xbox 360 was over two years old by the time Halo 3 came out. Unless 343i is running two teams in parallel to work on Halo 4 and 5 simultaneously, it seems very unlikely they'll be ready to release a next-gen Halo title in only another two years’ time.

A Halo 2 anniversary title on the other hand seems a lot more plausible; the artwork can be produced in advance of new hardware, and even if they conservatively aim for what a 360 can do it'd easily look far better than the original title. Plus it'd be a good way of extending the life of Halo 4's multiplayer if they released a bunch of ‘classic’ maps as the multiplayer component (in before whining about not directly reproducing Halo 2 MP: it's not going to happen).
