I'm pretty sure this is the "spec script" that had people talking for a while that he shopped around to different studios, and I'm pretty sure it's not even the last version of it he wrote. I know at least one other person is known to have done a script and had it seriously considered, I think another one or two also did (and then of course one of the Ascendant Justice guys wrote one just for the heck of it).
