They created the gametype(s), and they also put it into the TU Beta Playlist as the only alternative to Zero Bloom Slayer. ZB is patently broken so that leaves us with just 85% as the only TU gametype. Theres no way to turn bleed through off again in those gametypes (AFAIK?) so if you want the nerfed armour lock and camo and the tighter bloom then you HAVE to have bleed-through as well.
