Of course the list is going to be huge and complicated if you jot down each individual weapon as opposed to labelling categories. Here's a try: "Aside from melees, anything capable of depleting a full entire shield bar can bleed through." Your list isn't even trying to be reasonable. I mean, you've dropped in numerous unnecessary and overly lengthy caveats like "with any amount of ammo in it," as if someone would believe that an ammoless sniper rifle would be capable of firing a shot anyway.
