I'm sure it never happens. :) I'm guessing your actual health and visible health are not equal in value when using TU gametypes. So you think you are safe and you are not. You think the health pack has regenerated you but it may not have. My test was not about the probability of surviving 8 melees. It was about how your actual health is not registering and seems to be degenerating even though the health bar says your full up.
