RE: OPERATION: LOOSE ENDS Hello Nathan, I've reviewed the modified parameters for the standard combat wound treatment package. Well done. The drop offs in effectiveness match well with ONI projections, but I would ask that it be reduced even further. The point is to make the SIII battle ready in the short term, not for him or her to survive longer than it takes to complete the mission. I know that you and others have expressed some reservation concerning my proposal, but the alternative is something I am not prepared to risk.
