Shift A uses : their bed, gets up, does their thing before their shift begins, then at : shift change, Shift B does the same. Hot bunking FTW! : Another place to look for reference would be real-life naval ships. Again, : they have the focus of cramming as much as possible into a confined space : to possibly give you some ideas. As well, you might be able to get an idea : as to what all would be needed on the ship, with alterations for it being : in SPAAAAACE of course. It's easy to forget that there's a separation : between officers and enlisted men in every level, including bunks and : galley. I suspect submarines might be the best point of reference in regards to what spaceships might look like. By nature, they work in a unique environment relatively similar to what a spaceship deals with, and have to cram much more than any surface ship. There's also a lot of variety, from the smaller attack subs like the Los Angeles class to the ICBM subs, like Russia's monster Typhoon class.
