(That this is also the first Bungie title : to mo-cap facial expressions is probably causally connected.) If you'd read my critique of the Reach story yesterday you'd know that I was a big fan of the body and face acting. However, these kinds of techniques generally only supply tangential information to the character arc. They were enough to deepen Jorge, but not enough to establish any of the other characters, especially the superficial Carter.
