In Response To: Re: Covenant Loyalist Fleets (The BS Police) : Only due to a retcon. Bungie never even explained how they got to Earth : before the Master Chief did. Surely they would have brought an Elite fleet : with them? True, Bungie never explained that, and it was a retcon. But an explanation for why they didn't bring the Elite fleet with them, is that they were quarantining High Charity, and only arrived at Earth following the Flood ship that broke the quarantine. Most likely, they spared one vessel which the Arbiter, Keyes and Johnson used to return to Earth.
