Also, if Johnson, Arby and Keyes left Delta Halo in Nov. 3 when the Array was put into standby mode, they must've used a Covenant ship, as the IAC had been destroyed. Now we can assume a Covenant ship takes 13 days to travel from Earth to Delta Halo. So, if Johnson, Keyes and Arbiter left Delta Halo in a Covenant ship on Nov. 3, they likey arrived somewhere around Nov. 16, a day before the Chief landed.

Another question is, what did the Forerunner Dreadnought do all that time from 8th to 17th November? Did it actually take that long to reach Earth, or did it do something else - beside the "smashing" of the Home Fleet?

Anyways, an official timeline for these events would be appreciated. It's not like this stuff is secret anymore.
