In Response To: Re: Just Finished Going Through The Bestiarum (scarab) Telepathy among flood is easier to swallow than telepathy in general. That can be explained away using flood DNA and the hive mind, treating the whole species as one infection, one organism. Outside of that, it doesn't seem to work. All of Gravemind's messages to the player have been in highly infested areas. The Arbiter line you mention is his recollection of the earlier conversation they had where that same line was used, not a communication. I see no reason why we need to turn Cortana's communications into telepathy. | |
