I don't think the planet will all the Forerunner tech will turn out to be Harvest.

I don't think that the floating Forerunner objects have ever been described before in the Halo universe. But whatever they are can't be good since it seems that Regret and this Arbiter are trying to activate them.

I think they say she is a security breach because she is obviously captured at some point.

I'm thinking its a nuke or something exploding.

My guess is that Spirit of Fires take heavy damage it the battle against that Covenant ship and can no longer jump. The remaining crew are put into the freezers like the Chief was.
