In Response To: New Cinematic Trailer (2900d4u) OK. First off let me just say wow. I kinda want to analyze this so if anyone wants to add to anything feel free. I didnt read many of the other posts about this so forgive me if I sound like a broken record. At about 1 minute something enters the atmosphere of a planet. Could be a slip space rupture from that weird blast wave or something just entering ATMO. on a flood controlled planet.. Possible ways to get there - Something like the portal to the ARK, except inside Harvest because later in the trailer we see the SoF going into the planet escorted by Sentinels, so there could possibly be another monitor there. 1:21 After the display of planets is engaged, we see a few being "highlighted" possibly forerunner constructed worlds or worlds that the librarian took specimens of(if you followed the conversations in the terminals in halo 3) or possibly shield worlds. At about 1:45 we see what looks like forerunner tech under the surface of the planet, suggesting Harvest was completely built by the forerunner and didnt just have relics on it. Also we know this from playing the demo on skirmish when it has those deep chasms in the level looking like they were gaps in forerunner construction. at 2:00 the arbiter is holding the scientist, possibly questioning her for knowing something the covenant dont or possibly he needs a human to unlock something (reclaimer) Around 2:20 when the Arbiter is has his energy sword, you notice he has a thing on over his hands, possibly a glove specific to arbiters that has an energy blade built in, which could be what Forge is seen shooting off of him after he is pinned. When Forge is seen stabbing the arbiter or possibly another elite with the energy sword, something is noticeably attached to the sword at the hilt, surrounding his hang. Seen more clearly at 2:31 and much MORE clearly at 2:35 2:36 Giant forerunner structures project themselves from underground where the underlying latticework of forerunner tech is. Possibly the same covenant structures spoken about in ghosts of onyx, and possibly suggesting that harvest is a shield world. 2:50 the spartan says that anders represents a security breach, could she possibly be working with the covenant. Not that that is the answer or what i think but just a thought. Or maybe she is doing the same stuff that Halsey did and checking out things at the wrong time and putting too much at risk. 3:08 when we see the spirit of fire come out from underground I noticed it wasnt coming out into open sky, but rather a structure (notice the techy looking white lines where normal sky should be) possibly a halo, or just an aircraft contrail. 3:17 the ball of fire, It is not the planet exploding, it is above atmosphere you can clearly see the planets surface and clouds below it. It looks more like a small sun, like in spiderman 2. 3:22 a planet does seem to be exploding or breaking apart, and a ship is leaving it, too fast for me to be able to tell what it is, but the surface area seems to be small, possibly a halo, or the world that the flood was seen on(assuming it was another world and not a halo installation. Then we see it explode, but it appears to be small, maybe a moon. 3:40 A spartan lets Forge stay behind an a boxy forerunner object, could possibly be one of those tall spires before projects up from the surface. 3:47 Anders going into cryo, seen previously (suggested) being put into cryo by the captain, after the spartan informs him of her being a security risk, possibly being put in there for safe keeping.
