FR1: Just great. Why does everything we study always end up biting us in the ass?

FR2: I don't know, do you think we should just kil them all off?

FR1: What are you, nuts? If we kill them off, we lose an oppurtunity for our descendants to invent biological warfare. We have to find some way to contain that Gravemind again without killing it.

FR2: I know, let's activate that failsafe ring. Then, we can wipe out everything, the sentinels can contain the Flood, and we'll eventually evolve again to use the Flood to our advtange and destroy countless enemies.
