ok I already said that she was from ILB and though it wasnt cannnon it did have the story bible used for its creation. As for the dumb AIs I belive that they dont just live longer, they just dont die until someone shuts them off, as for rampancy: after an AIs 7 years have passed it will have been going through minor stages of Rampancy until it eventualy spends all of its time thinking as Cortana says, so it neither realy goes into a coma nor does it die, if pressed it would most likley ues any means to defend its self and the additional information that it is thinking about.
