The plot of Halo 2 with the brutes trying to : force out the elites very much reminds me of the s'pht rebelling against : the pfhor. There were marathon references abound in Halo 2, almost to the : point where every other second I was going "there's another : one!" Even though bungie says the two universes are different, I'd be : willing to bet they are only different because marathon is before the : halos were fired and halo is afterwards...but who knows... : Also, I think it's not to far off to say the Ark is near new mobassa, which : is in Africa, the cradle of the human race...kind of reminds me like 2001 : A Space Odyssey. : I just beat the campaign so I need some more time to digest the story...kudos : to bungie for a great game though Hmm... Even though I'm probably being extremely idiotic with this one Pfhor is pronnounced like "Fore" right? Meaning if Marathon is before the firing of the rings, then the Pfhor could be the Forerunners. oO;(Tired, out of his mind, and thinking too hard.)
