In Response To: Suspension of Disbelief.. But Not to Death (Anton P. Nym (aka Steve)) I don't get why people are mad about this. It totally blows my mind. It was a fun trip inside the Halo/Marathon universe led by a great guide. At the end, I turned around and looked at everything and realized I had a good time. So what if it didn't turn out how you expected, that's part of the fun. For the love of God people, it was a game. The author spent hours upon hours making it for the fans because he knows Bungie fans are good people. He worked to make you happy, for no benefit of his own, other than watching us talk about it and furthering the Bungie community, and the whiners are throwing that in his face. Don't like it? Fine, don't whine about it. There were plenty of people that loved it. And that's all that counts. | |
