Not bad, but nothing to write home about. The film was a scripted sequence. Why cant you grasp that? Whether its indicative of the single player game cant be told. Its too early. From a purely architectural standpoint, what do the indoor shots of Halo look closer to: Tribes 2 or more like Quake3? Uh, Tribes 2.... Halos's 'Wow' factor hasnt come from its indoor architecture, thats without question.
