I, on occasion, like to blow the crap out of anything and everything that moves (and things that don't, as they are easier to target). Sometimes, there's no better feeling than rushing in with an incoherant, gutteral battle cry, weapons spewing forth instant death. I also enjoy planning a strategic attack, positioning forces and biding my time before making a co-ordinated strike that leaves the enemy wondering, "Just what the f--k happened there?".

Neither style of play should be looked on as wrong, or something only a loser would employ. Bungie would do best by leaving the style of play to those that are playing. Plenty of options in setting up a mutliplayer game should ensure there is something for everyone.

What about those that join a game to deliberately play against the "grain", in an attempt to ruin the fun of others? Perhaps a simple in-game voting system. You witness a player making a repeated jerk of themselves, you type "boot <playername>". If enough of the people playing at the time feel the same way, the offending player get's dropped from that game. A few such occurances should be enough to make them go join a game more suited to their playing style. I'm sure there are heaps of different ways of handling it.

To reiterate, Bungie shouldn't stick to one style of multiplaying, but provide enough options to keep everyone happy, even the gun-toting muscle heads I'm sure we all like to be occasionally.

Cheers,
Adam.
