: Okay, so whats the good in having thousands of terminals all over a ship when
: you can only access the construct one at a time. Besides,
: "personality" really has nothing to do with how many people you
: can talk to at any one time.

hes fast so lets say every second he can post 20 messages. but if he wants to control everybob he has to think of a plan for each of them. besides its much too low work for such a cyberstructure, he would most probably prefer sombody else to do the nitty grity

: Until you can show that Durandal actively picked Blake as human leader I
: can't accept that.

ok ya. ill go looking

: How about this...one moment you access the final screen in M1 and the next
: you're on Lh'owon with a gun in your hand. 17 years had passed. You were
: sleeping. Show me the consent.

your consent is already givin, in M2 manual they say that you blindly follow Durandals orders without question

: There's no evidence to prove nor disprove this, and I was merely pointing out
: that it would be foolish to say that is is definately true or untrue.

well ok, maybe the original leader got killed 15 seconds after he ported down, but in What about Bob? Durandal speaks of him as he was already the leader "Blake and His men" so he has taken control earlier enough for the military structure to stabalise itself.

: Again, its ridiculous to make absolute statements here, we are never given
: enough info to determine what Blak did or didn't do on Boomer.

thus the iff, iff being, iff he was leader (probable) and iff he was awake (very-improbable)

: Exactly. If this is true, then he doesn't need a second in command. (unless
: you're being derogatory again)

just like i said second in command but with no ability to give an opinion to hier ups.

: Constantly under dictatorship...could you elaborate?

whens the last time your teacher had the class vote on what we will learn next. Dictatorship is the most efficient political structure know to man and thus appears in lots of places (office, home (many)). only problem is that power corrupts.
