Calling the monster AI intelligence is a misnomer when it comes to Marathon, but that's what makes such things as vidding possible. I can see the issue both ways - I would like to experience a new challenge in playing these favorite games - to fight monsters that seem to think, but that could make some levels unplayable. Even in going from M1 to M1A1, differences in monster AI make some levels easier and some levels almost impossibly hard. Having the option of old and new AI would be the ideal for me.
