eek! does that mean the covenant have telepathic technology?? we might have a hard time in Halo 2...

this is probably just cortana acting human, as she is prone to do. i think she tries to be as human as possible, in general.

that's always bothered me. it COULD be inside the tower and underground, but there's absolutely no evidence - it could be halfway across the ring. it's not even necessarily underground. remember those energy field things that are like windows? maybe the library is under water. who knows.
