I'm also wondering if you get a scream in flight, which has : always been amusing in H1 (e.g. a Grunt going "Waaaahhhhhhhh" : while his arms go around). Straight to ragdoll. I have heard a few screams, though. And to elaborate on what their talking about: from what I've seen, there don't seem to be any preset animations at all. Or not that I've noticed. It seems that upon dying, they immediately go into ragdoll mode. But they don't always just drop. It's like it's in slow motion, almost. Not really sure how to describe it. But yeah, it's hard to tell immediately when they're dead, occasionally. On Elites especially, it seems. I always end up putting a round or two more into them than I need. : Actually that brings to mind another issue. What about the tone of H4? Is : there significant humour there (I'm thinking particularly of its potential : in combat), or do things feel noticeably more serious and gritty, or what? : Anyone got any thoughts along those lines? No, no humor whatsover. Not in combat anyway. No english speaking enemies. The suicide Grunts actually seem a bit ridiculous in H4, without their screaming funny lines as they run at you. : Hah, I think that's a presumption too far. i have the impression that game : developers have precious little concern over what things will look like on : SDTVs.
