If I hold up two helmets, one in each hand, and ask you to pick one, usually that should be fairly easy. Now if I lead you to a warehouse, open it up and ask you to pick from one of hundreds of helmets, the choice is not so easy. The tedium of going through every... single... possible... option often means a lot of people will pick an early favourite just so they can move on. : That's different, there are important differences between different enemies

My point is that a only being able to get the Snow Camo BR theme if you're a Canadian who buys from EB Games makes no sense. But if it was something that EB Games Canada very specifically and obviously commissioned it would be better.
