In Response To: Regarding Halo Pre-order Exclusives (DEEP NNN) I understand that 343i got some kind of monetary benefit for setting this up with different retailers and the retailers get the benefit of trying to attract customers with specific items that we may want. I wonder if it would screw up those agreements if they just made these various items available for a small microtransaction fee post launch? Don't get me wrong I don't want to pay more money for content (just visual armor perms at this point) that I know is already on the disk or is a very small download. But, if I really do want more than one of the options it would be nice to have an avenue to get them. What about people that are buying the LE? It would be a nice additional throw in to provide all these options in that package, but that is just wishful thinking. Again, we all know that these different things will no effect gameplay but if we as customers want that part of the product we should have a way of getting it other than purchasing several versions of the game. -Compton
