89 Batmobile, Tumbler Batmobile, Back to the Future DeLoran and Ecto 1 could all be candidates for celebrity cars.

To further my general unhappiness with the inclusion of non-drivable vehicles, well, maybe I've just been spoilt by Gran Tursimo.
Those games do indeed have some 'useless' cars included.

Take the 1986 Benz Motorwagen. It only has 1bhp, can only go about 10mph and can't even complete a lap on half the tracks because it lacks the power to get up the gradients.
But its still drivable, and they even went to the trouble of animating the driver operating the controls.
Its a novelty, sure, but they know it and accept it.
