In Response To: Re: 6 most Ominous trends in video games (Moorpheusl9) : Very true - the loudest groups are usually the minority - that's why it's so : hard to find accurately reviewed products these days (for example). There : could be 1000 satisfied customers but the single disappointed customer : will be the one who's written the 1-star review that dissuades me from : buying it... I've gone to recommendations from friends and forumites only. And Zero Punctuation. It's been much more easy and satisfying. On the BSN for example, people generally seem more interested in the most ridiculous details of character romances and grinding their own personal axes than anything having to do with what makes Mass Effect a game. Interestingly enough, the coolest people I've found on that forum are the folks in the strategy section who do nothing but talk about the gameplay... hmmm... ;)
