Some kind of anti/artificial gravity I am guessing. USNC ships don't have any spinning parts, yet they all have gravity on the ones seen. Reverse engineered or scavenged from the Covenant during the war? If so probably not powerful enough to work on the PoA since it was a much larger ship than the frigates and due to its honeycombed structure was even greater weight than comparable sized ships.
