No, but my "Balls to the Padded Wall Contrived" point still stands. Trying to think of summer blockbusters whose stories held together and flowed better (and had better dialogue) and I start thinking of... The Core. Or Stealth.

Arguably, 3 Spartans are unaccounted for, because the... 'people' over at ES were lazy or simply incapable of originality, and hence decided to add the Flood because that's what the first three games did. Spirit of Fire cannot report back about the Flood, Spartans cannot show up for Reach.
