Actually we toyed around with it and apparently camo is definitely based on speed. Anything higher than normal speed causes you to lose too much camo so we had to settle for normal speed. The last 10 seconds are more like a bragging and comparison moment where everyone laughs and talks about what happened. Strangely enough though, even though you are crouching walking the game stays fast paced because of the addition of limited evade. Though keep in mind that evade does lessen your camo... but the good news is that it is evade and if you use toggle crouch, you stay crouched at the end of the evade.
