Score attack is good for this as well. I've started playing a game of gruntpocalyse whenever I first get online to warm up. I concentrate on multikills at a distance because it forces me to slow down and time my shots to keep getting heatshots on the grunts. It's also fun for praticing grenade throws. Plus, unlike custom forge games, I earn decent credits while I do it.
