Yep. You got it. It's killer for SWAT. Set your reticle at head level and move around the map. When the reticle turns red, pull the trigger! The only problem is that this is a little slow sometimes. Especially in more wide open spaces. Highly skilled players will get to the point where they can "aim" (which is faster than just strafing - think: sensitivity) and strafe really well. Deadly combo right there.
