Screw Microsoft and Youtube!!!

WOW!!! I guess by now everybody knows that Reach has leaked all over youtube, that has sent Microsoft in to panic mode. MS and Youtube have begun the massive copyright sweep and have begun deleting Reach videos...Now typically this would not bother me (the people with leaks deserve to be banned) But the Banhammer was swung in my direction!!! Why you ask? because as a machinima director i decided to venture out into the story of Halo Reach in the form of a Machinima series entitled "Halo Reach: The MACHINIMA series. I created this video almost 10 months ago, the story has nothing to do with the game and is merely a piece of Fan Fiction. Do i not have rights as a consumer under the fair use policy? Now i am not suggesting hat we boycott or anything like that, it's just that that was my star video (with almost 50,000 views) and was the key (Index?) to my series... Some douchebags leak Reach, and i and my viewers have to pay the penalty? Thats pretty fucked up right there.
