I don't think the Shotgun was nerfed

After watching that video it seems the Shotgun is just as powerfull and consistent (Thankfully) as it was in the Beta. The first kill the layer gets at the end with the Shotgun is an instant kill, the second shot he fires at the other player wasn't an instant kill because the majority of the Crosshair wasn't even over the enemy. I think it is safe to assume the Shotgun is pretty much the same.
