I hope. The simple solution would be to just limit the event to a special playlist that only included the initially released maps. Having them all available isn't going to add anything to the event. You'd probably not get to play on all of them even if you had them. No doubt people will get all bent out of shape over this map issue. The XBLive component is going away. Nothing new or different about this. For most of us, it's effectively been away for 2.5 years.
