Funny. My desktop computer was purchased with XP, around 2006, and it still works fine. Runs all my applications from PS to Halo: CE. It has never had any major issues. My laptop, brand new-ish, came with XP. No issues. Works like heaven. My brothers, all three of 'em, got new Vista-installed computers. ...yeah. We had to hire numerous technicians to come and try to make them work for our network. We went months, MONTHS, without internet because if we tried to connect with one of the vista computers, the phone and internet both crashed. Very expensive. We had all our computers downgraded to XP, now all 5 desktops, and my laptop, work fine. No crashes, nothing. Also: H2V didn't work on any of them. Never really investigated that much since Vista didn't last long in our house. ^^ I am anxious to TRY Windows 7. But I see no reason to upgrade when my computers all work fine, fast, and efficently. I will likely upgrade my desktop, if anything, just to test it out.
