In Response To: Orgins I *No Spoilers* (xmoosev3) Here's a few questions I had upon watching it through again: Why did Cortana ask Chief if he could hear her? He was in cryosleep wasn't he? And also what's the symbol that appears in her eye before the story begins. There's got to be some significance to that. Is it the same as the one on the planet? And is that planet, perhaps, the one in the Legendary ending? Somebody should find some pictures and compare... What is the significance of the different headgear the Forerunner wear? For example, some have crests on their helmets while others do not. Also their handheld weapons... well they were just cool. Like an energy sword that also shoots stuff. Is the planet the first Halo goes to the Prophet's homeworld or a Flood infected planet? Something else? What's up with the Prophet's homeworld anyway, from the Beastiary and the Encyclopedia? That's a little off topic I know... Something also seems important about what was said about the cataloguing... but I just can't place it. I feel like something was revealed there but it just isn't as obvious as the rest... Is the Forerunner seen at the end helmetless? Is that the back of a Forerunner head seen without anything on it? What's the significance of the similarity between the Forerunner's hand over the helmet while it seals away the suit and a similar shot of Cortana's hand in the beginning? I'm probably reading into this too much... but it was a good episode and it contained a lot of new information. Worth overanalyzing a little bit.
